In this paper, we describe a new blind steganalyzer for JPEG image to classify cover and stego image. In proposed steganalyzer, singular value decomposition (SVD)-based features extracted from stego and cover image and linear regression classifier can detect the embedded data in JPEG image with best accuracy rate and speed of stganalysis rather than other steganalysis algorithm. the proposed steganalyzer technique has been tested against a number of well known embedding techniques, including Outguess, F5, Model based, and perturbed quantization.
