In satellite electrical power supply systems, DC-DC power converter types at different switching frequency and various power range have been used extensively. It is must be reduce converter EMI on other devices. In this paper, EMI spectrums at low power and high frequency switching converter for two state, hard switching and soft switching, are compared together. In order to increase the reliability of the converter, a new topology is proposed. Also, a new method for reducing EMI noise spectrum has been used. This suggestion is corroborated by simulation results.
